I get asked a few of the same things now and again, so I’ve popped the answers here to make life a bit easier. From how long things take to post, to whether I do custom makes (yes, I do!), you’ll find the answers below. And if you’re still not sure, just get in touch.

Can you create something to match my home/décor/theme?

Yes, I love doing that sort of thing! If you’ve got a colour scheme, fabric you’d like included, or a style you’re after, just send me a message and we can work something out together.

Where do you get your materials from?

Most of what I use is either rescued, donated, or vintage, what I like to call sustainable crafting. Some things even come from “Nana’s Button Box”! I love giving fabric a second life.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Not yet, but it’s something I’m planning. If you’re looking to gift something handmade but want the recipient to choose, get in touch and I’ll see what I can offer.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to be posted?

I try to post ready-made items within X working days. Made-to-order or custom pieces might take a little longer, I’ll always let you know what to expect when you place your order.

Which postal service do you use?

I usually post via [Royal Mail / another carrier], and I always get proof of postage. If you need tracked delivery or something quicker, just let me know and I’ll do my best to help.

Do you offer local collection or delivery?

If you’re local to [Stoke-on-Trent / insert area], I’m happy to arrange collection or possibly drop it off, just send me a message and we can work something out.

Returns

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

If it’s a ready-made piece and you let me know within 14 days, I’m happy to sort a return. Custom or personalised items are a bit different, but I’ll always do my best to help if there’s an issue.

What if my order arrives damaged?

I pack everything carefully, but if something gets damaged on its way to you, let me know straight away. I’ll either fix it, replace it, or refund you, whatever makes most sense.

Do you offer exchanges?

I don’t usually offer exchanges, but I know things happen, so just drop me a note and we’ll chat about what’s possible.
